Team Pictures will be taken at 4:30 sharp!! Please arrive by 4:15 to get set up. In order to get everyone’s pictures done before we lose light, we need to start on time.
Individual pictures will immediately follow.

PRACTICE:
Due to pool maintenance we are changing tomorrow’s practice time to the morning, rather than cancelling all together. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This will start the morning practice schedule from this point forward. Please take note of the practice times to make sure you attend the correct practice.
•Group 3 – 7:15-8:30am (Formally 6:00-7:00pm)
•Group 2 – 8:30-9:30am (Formally 5:15-6:00pm)
•Group 1 – 9:30-10:30am (Formally 4:30-5:15pm)
NO practice on Friday, May 31st due to pool maintenance in the morning and Swim Hop in the evening.
Saturday, June 1st will follow this same morning practice schedule.
NO practice on Monday, June 3rd due to swim meet.
SWIM HOP:
Friday, May 31st from 6-9pm, $5.00 per person. Open to the public. Invite your friends!!!!
Parents, this is a chance to drop your kids off for a night of fun with music, swim & food!
Children under the age of 8 need a parent present for the duration of the swim hop.
Snack Shack will be open!
MEET:
Dual Meet against Cross Gates will be on Monday, June 3rd at Pinewood Country Club.
Warm-ups for Pinewood swimmers is at 3:00pm.
Warm-ups for Cross Gates swimmers is at 3:30pm.
Meet will start at 4:00pm.
In order for your child to warm-up before the meet it is imperative that they arrive on time. They will not be able to warm-up with Cross Gates at 3:30.
If you are not planning to be at the meet on Monday, please take the time to sign out on the bulletin board at the pool. We will have a sign-out sheet up there for each meet.
CC's pizza after the meet. Come join your team and coaches for an after party to celebrate your success! The coaches will announce the meet results.
VOLUNTEERS:
Thank you to all who volunteered at the Mini-meet!!! We literally could not have done this without you! We had a great turn out!!! Please make sure to sign up for the upcoming meet. You should be receiving emails from Kevin Samrow our Volunteer Coordinator.
